All designs, artworks, images and proofs produced are the sole property and copyright of Oak and Ivory unless otherwise indicated. Under no circumstances can this work be used, reproduced or imitated in any way or purpose, whether physical or digital.

confirmation

Please note that orders are not confirmed and secured into our schedule until we have received your deposit. The deposit payment is non-refundable.

The design stage will not commence until you have submitted your invitation wording form. Once you are completely happy with your design, printing production will not commence until you have made remaining payment.

artwork / proofing

Please double check that everything is correct on your final digital mock up, as once we reach the production stage, we cannot make changes. The client is responsible for the cost of the re-print if there is an error with the design and/or wording that has been approved by the client, or for any change of mind.

screen vs print

Please keep in mind that colours may vary from screen to the finished printed product. We try to display our colours on our website as accurately as possible, however please also keep in mind that colours may also vary from screen to screen.

 

availability

Please keep in mind (especially during peak seasons) that we cannot guarantee that the customisation options such as paper types, colours, or envelope colours presented on our website and in our design guide, will be in stock at the time of your order. If a customisation option that you are after is not in stock, you will be notified and presented with alternative options.

shipping

It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking information. We take every care in packaging your goods, however, we have no control over your parcel once it is with the postal service. Please note that we are not liable for any delays, damages or losses caused during transit. In the unlikely occasion and although it has never occurred, we are not responsible for refunding or re-shipping lost orders by the postal service. 

publication

We retain the right to post your stationery on our social media, website, or any advertising material, and we may use your stationery as samples after the event has commenced. We always ensure that no personal information is apparent, such as phone numbers, postal addresses and email addresses. If we post a photo of your stationery prior to your wedding date, the date will be obscured. Samples will only be used after the wedding date and if no personal information is presented on the sample. If you have an issue with us doing any of the above, please communicate this prior. 

Should images of work created by Oak and Ivory be published in any form, whether print or online (including social media), Oak and Ivory must be correctly credited.

refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services, we are unable to accept refunds. If there is an error with the design and wording that has been approved by the client, the client is responsible for the cost of the reprint. 

timeframes

Our timeframes are a guide only. Timeframes are dependent on the time of year and capacity at the time. It is important to note that design revisions and delay in responses, feedback, approval and payment may also delay your order. It is your responsibility to order in advance. 

cart hire

1. The deposit must be paid before submitting the cart hire form. Your booking will not be secured until payment of the deposit is confirmed and the form is submitted. This deposit is deducted from the hire price. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided once payment is finalized.

2. Remaining payment must be paid via direct debit before the event.

3. A refundable bond payment will be required with your booking. Bond payment will be refunded after the event. In the unfortunate and unlikely event that items of Oak and Ivory are damaged, the bond amount will not be refunded. We please ask that the cart is quickly wiped down before we pick it up as stains are less likely to occur the earlier they are attended to, and therefore the less likely of bond not being refunded.
