2. say hello
After viewing our collections and design guide, get in touch by completing one of our enquiry forms to receive a full quote.
3. confirmation
Once you have reviewed your quote, a deposit payment is required to secure a spot in our schedule and begin the design process.
Following successful deposit payment, a form will be sent to you to fill in with your wording in order to commence. Although you will get the chance to review and change your wording through digital proofs when we reach the design stage, please check the wording you have filled in is correct to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
4. design
We will work collaboratively in the design stage. You will receive digital mock ups of your design throughout the process for you to review and make necessary changes.
The timeframe for the design process varies between different orders, depending on the time of year, revisions requested and response times on both ends. Bespoke design is generally lengthier due to the tailored nature of this service.
5. production
Once you have reviewed your final digital proof and are 100% happy, remaining payment is required to move into printing production.
Printing production timeframes (does not include design):
Digital printing: 5-6 business days + shipping
Letterpress or foil printing: 14-15 business days + shipping
Slightly overestimated timeframes (so we don’t disappoint)
Once your stationery has been printed and is looking beautiful, it will be carefully checked, packed and posted out to you. Delivery timeframes within Australia is 1-2 business days for express and 3-4 business days for standard delivery. All packages will be shipped with standard delivery unless you request express for an extra fee. Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with tracking information via email.
We will always confirm printing and delivery timeframes with you so you know when to expect your stationery to arrive.
